The Lottery

 The lottery is about how parents wants there kids to go to school.... I learned that 10 out of 55,000 teachers were fired:( 58% black 4th grades are illiterate..
    
 March one month before lottery:
 I learned that in harlem there was 23 charter schools and 2 of the charter schools got shut down because of the grades the students had♥
    
    The coast per student going to college  is 13,000
    The  coast of the students that might go to prison is 37,000 per person
           THE LOTTERY DAY: APRIL 23

   There was 3,000 kids that wanted to get into Harlem and only 475 kids were excepted
